GENERAL FAQs

Do you include a receipt in the package?
No, we don’t enclose a receipt of any kind in the package. This saves paper, and if you are sending a gift you don’t need to worry about the recipient seeing the order details.

What are your recycling and sustainability practices?
Whenever possible, we use recycled and/or clean, reused packaging to wrap and ship your order. All shipping materials are chosen with both the safe transport of your item(s) and the environmental impact in mind. Responsibly harvested papers, recycled, biodegradable and reusable materials are used as much as possible while making sure your items arrive in good condition.

 

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

How much does shipping cost?
Domestic and international orders ship at weight-based rates. You can see these once you've added items to the shopping cart. 

How long does it take to ship my order?
Your order will be shipped via USPS Mail within 2-3 business days, and should arrive within 4-5 business days of your order. Please note: transit days are an estimate only, and the USPS has advised there may be further delays. You will be contacted with an estimated ship date should your order require more than 3 business days to fulfill. 

I'm international, when will my order arrive?
International orders usually take 1-4 weeks to arrive from our ship date. Once it leaves the USPS/UPS we have no tracking until it is delivered by your local service. We’ve found it best for you to reach out to your local office.

How much does it cost to ship internationally?
Some countries charge an import or custom’s fee. Please be aware of your country’s rules before you place your order. We cannot predict, nor are we responsible for the fees incurred by your country's postal service. We’ve found that the local office sometimes holds your item waiting for payment. If this parcel is abandoned unfortunately we cannot offer a refund.

My order is lost in the mail! What do I do?
We are not responsible for lost, delayed or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office to remedy the situation. In these instances, we are not able to freely replace or refund the items, but we will do our best to assist you in sorting out the situation with the carrier. This can in some instances take a few days to a few weeks. Once a package is tendered to the carrier, many factors are out of our control. If a package is marked as delivered, but missing from the point of delivery, we cannot be held responsible for refunding or replacing.

Can you deliver via UPS?
If you require delivery via UPS, please contact us directly for a quote. 

I need to make a return or exchange. What do I do?
We want you to be happy with the items that you purchased. If it isn’t what you expected or you would simply like to make a return, we accept returns of non-sale items within 14 days of the delivery of your item(s) for a full refund. But before you send anything back, please contact us at tanya [ at ] tanyamadoff [ dot ] com, with "return request" in the subject line, so we can find the best solution.

Items must be in new, unused condition, and in their original package. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not match these conditions. 

When inquiring about a return, please include the original email address with which the order was placed. It's highly recommend that you insure your return and send with delivery confirmation. Should we not receive your return, we will not be able to issue you a credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable and you will be responsible for shipping the merchandise back to Tanya Madoff Designs.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original conditions, you are responsible for any loss in value. Shipping charges are non-refundable and you will be responsible for shipping the merchandise back to Tanya Madoff Designs. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
 
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, like one-of-a-kind art, custom orders, and any items on sale. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
