HAND MADE IN CALIFORNIA

Hello! My name is Tanya, I'm an artist and a maker. I love creating witty and stylish art prints, jewelry, knitted hats, mittens and scarves, pin back buttons and badges, magnets, craft kits, and more.

I started crafting at an early age, and began selling my goods in high school. I officially launched my art and accessories business in 2003, when I received my first big order of 200 knitted hats and scarves. In 2009, I created Button Club as a way to collaborate with other artists, and bring miniature works of art to mailboxes all over the world.

I am always exploring new things to make. I love being able to take a creative project from initial idea to completion. I can often be found knitting on the train, at parties, and while watching tv, (though this last method is the least productive). I love to go to the farmer's market, play scrabble, walk my dog on the beach, and learn new things.

The Goods - Every item is hand crafted, and completely unique! Expect slight variations in style and color from what is depicted in these pictures. Yarn, bead, and image colors can change from batch to batch, and computer displays vary, so use the color pictures as guidelines. Many pieces are custom made to order.

COMMITMENT TO SUSTAINABILITY
Mailers and packing materials are either compostable or gently reused. Card stock is made from recycled paper. Whenever possible, I package goods in compostable bags (unless using up back stock glassine bags before switching).
